Part-Time Real Estate Courier

Flexible, Part-Time Work Needed NOW!One of the top real estate teams in Charleston is currently looking for a Courier to join our team! We are a team of real estate professionals that are located in Mount Pleasant at the Keller Williams Market Center. We focus on serving real estate buyers, sellers, and investors in the Greater Charleston Area. We are looking for part-time, flexible support! This position supports our Field Coordinator in ensuring our clients' success. We look forward to working with you!Responsibilities: What you will need:• Availability about 15-20 hours a week, ranging from office tasks at home, to deliveries in greater Charleston area. • Flexible schedule (mainly Monday-Friday and very few weekend days throughout the year).• Morning office adminstrative tasks can be completed from office or home.• Loves running errands and helping with properties (putting out/picking up signs and lockboxes, delivering documents to clients, picking up documents, etc.)• Ability to support office management to check inventory, order replacements, and completing document preparation for Team Members in the office.• Ability to ensure a tidy office environment for agents and guests• Reliable vehicle and car insurance (even though most times you will drive our van). Valid driver's license required; must have a good driving record with no more than three infractions in the last two (2) years, and be willing to use the personal vehicle if necessary (mileage reimbursement if using your own vehicle)Qualifications:• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision• Self-starter with an excellent work ethic• Reliable, Honest, Self-accountable, and consistent.• Must be able to regularly lift up to 30 pounds• Huge plus if you live within 10 miles of the Keller Williams Mount Pleasant Market Center (Off Long Point Road, Mount Pleasant)• 10-25 hours per week. $10-$12 hourly (Depending on experience)• Tidy mindset and ability to create and present a clean & prepared Team Office EnvironmentAbout Company: The Dave Friedman Team is the #1 Real Estate Team in Charleston, SC.
