Iris Telehealth is seeking an adult Psychiatrist, licensed in California, to provide care to patients of 18+ in a residential setting for 24 hours a week.
This 100% remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at one of Iris's behavioral healthcare partners, expanding access to quality care.
You'll work with experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, supported by a robust administrative team, allowing you to focus on patient care.

We are Joint Commission Accredited and deeply committed to our mission of expanding access to mental health care.Comprehensive Support: From licensing and credentialing to IT and administrative assistance, we've got you covered so you can focus on patient care.Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a flexible schedule with the freedom to work from home, allowing you to maintain a healthy balance between your professional and personal life.About the Role: Setting: 100% Remote – 2 residential facilities in the same program in CaliforniaSchedule: 24 hours per week, flexible between Monday–Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm PST or 7:30pm-4:00pm PST.Patient Population: Ages 18+ with high acuity, most commonly working with schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, unspecified psychosis, and PTSD.Appointments: 60 minutes for initial visits and follow-ups.

timeSupport: Both facilities are part of a comprehensive behavioral healthcare system with a robust wrap-around services.
Both facilities have 24/7 coverage from a mix of nurses, therapists, case managers, and program specialists.Work-Life Balance: No on-call duties required!Qualifications: Completion of a 4-year ACGME Residency Program in Psychiatry.Active medical license in California requiredAvailability for 24 hours per week, with the ability to work during PST hours.Experience with treating adults 18+ and managing high acuity cases.Telehealth experience, with knowledge of MyAvatar as a plus.Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.Our Benefits: For All Clinicians:
