We are seeking a Part-Time Restaurant Support who will be responsible for supporting servers and back waiters in breaking down the restaurant to its original form and completing side work. This role is expected to support the front-of-the-house team in exceeding guest expectations. We are looking for someone willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Job Description Execute the fine dining experience commensurate with JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery's mission statement and core values Breakdown of tables and chairs and reset the dining area for the following day Ensure compliance with all closing duties as determined and published by the Restaurant Manager Polish glasses, trays and flatware and return items to designated areas Wash glasses and other items as needed Maintain the cleanliness of the guest-facing spaces, bathrooms, walkways, etc. Assist the dishwasher and kitchen team with trash removal & break down and cleaning as needed Put away tools and equipment at the end of the night Attend staff Hospitality meetings Responsible for communicating dining room supply needs to the Restaurant Manager Learn to help carry or clear plates when needed Qualifications 1 year restaurant experience (front or back the house) Proven success working in a customer service position or industry Ability to work effectively as a member of a team Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English Must be able to perform basic calculations such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing Genuine understanding of the importance of providing outstanding customer service Grace under pressure; a strong sense of urgency, insistent attention to detail with a desire to exceed customer's expectations Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency Pay Rate: $19.00 - $19.50 per hour, plus tips per scheduled shift. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills and experience.
