If you wish to advance your nursing career and have some supervisory background, in a behavioral health setting, our Part-Time Nursing Supervisor position might be what you are seeking.
The part-time Nursing Supervisor will assume responsibility for complete facility operations during an assigned shift.
This includes supervising nursing and clinical staff, ensuring that patient care is provided in an accurate, timely and safe manner.
Other responsibilities include assisting the staffing coordinator with RN and Mental Health Associate staffing, communicating any issues to the other members of the nursing management team and conducting round audits.
This is a part-time position that is not eligble for benefits.
There is opportunity to cover various shifts and pick up overtime if interested.

Minimum requirements are one (1) year of psychiatric nursing experience, or two (2) years of medical/surgical experience with proven leadership, strong clinical skills, and high motivation.
Graduate of NLN accredited program preferred.
ANA Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing certification preferred.
CPR certification required.
