The Part-Time Custodial Service Representative plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of campus buildings. This position involves a variety of duties including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming dormitories, classrooms, hallways, stairs, restrooms, and office spaces. Responsibilities also include emptying trash containers, cleaning carpets, walls, and windows to ensure a pristine environment. Additionally, the Service Representative will promptly report any maintenance issues such as lighting, doors, or plumbing systems to their supervisor. Furthermore, they are responsible for clearing snow and debris from sidewalks and building entrances to ensure safe access for all occupants. Flexibility to perform other assigned duties is essential in this role.
