Your Responsibilities

As aPart Time Student Technical Supply ManagementforJohn Deere Engine Workslocated inWaterloo, IA, you will...

Manage the performance and relationship of a group of suppliers for several assigned commodities to support factory operations.
Monitor and improve supplier performance.
Support the Engineering Change Management (ECM) process.
Schedule and expedite the delivery of purchased materials to support a production plan.

This position is not available to students on immigration visas.
What Skills You Need

Graduation date of December 2025 or later
Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above (3.0 for accounting)
Ideally, you will be working towards a bachelor's degree in Supplement Management, Business, or Accounting
Must be registered as a full-time student at a U.S. local accredited college/university
Available to work during the academic year 16-20 hours/weekly
Available to work during the summer semester 35-40 hours/weekly
Must be able to commute to the work location in Waterloo, IA  on a daily basis year-round
Experience with Microsoft Office
Ability to influence without authority
