JURISolutions Legal (JSL) is seeking experienced attorneys for partnership opportunities with a fully remote law firm.
Our client empowers partners to control and build their practice - while working remotely and maximizing their income potential - by offering flexible billing rates, alternative fee arrangements, and compensation transparency.


The firm is seeking attorneys in the following practice areas: General Corporate, M&A, Litigation, IP, Banking & Finance, Securities & SEC, Real Estate, Labor & Employment, Entrepreneurial Business Law, Real Estate, Technology and Outsourcing, Bankruptcy and more.


Compensation is based on the partner's annual originations and billings, per the client's compensation plan.
The minimum requisite book of business is $250,000.
