DescriptionAs a member of our Partner Development – Internal Sales, your primary responsibility is to support recruiting efforts by establishing and maintaining a pool of potential candidates, building on the goals to recruit PlanMember Advisors and Financial Centers.
Location Information: On-Site at our Carpinteria, CA Headquarters
Salary Range: Starting salary is typically between $75,000 and $80,000 annually with the potential for additional incentive compensation. Base salary is ultimately determined by the scope of the position, the candidate's relevant experience, credentials/certifications, and internal equity. In addition to salary, benefits include PTO, health, medical, vision, disability, life insurance benefits as well as 401(k), profit-sharing retirement program and much more.
ResponsibilitiesDuties of Recruiting – Internal Sales: Implement Sales strategies developed by Recruiting TeamRun recruiting events/drip campaigns in Salesforce.Coordinate, Develop & Send marketing e-mails to Recruit suspects/prospects in Salesforce.Coordinate with Team, phone calls for webinars/seminars for existing ProspectsManage e-brochures Recruiting packages and e-mails for existing prospectsInfluence & Persuasion: Know the PlanMember sales story and be able to communicate this to suspects/prospects.Attend and participate in Recruiting team meetingsRelationship Building: Make outbound phone calls to recruiting event invitees, new Financial Center (FC) suspects/prospects and FC Advisor suspects/prospects.Schedule meetings for RecruitersConduct "Thank You" calls to event attendeesSet appointments with prospects for Recruiter's travel schedules.Essential Job Function: This is NOT an Essential Job Function "Essential Staff" position.

FINRA LICENSE – SIE
FINRA LICENSE – 6 OR 7 is preferred OR be willing to obtain SIE, Series 6 OR 7 (preferred), within six months of hire.
