Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure alignment with the firm's objectives and market opportunities. Develop and implement innovative business strategies to drive growth and increase market share. Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service excellence. Partner with other firm leaders to harmonize goals across different practice areas and improve operational efficiency. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the firm's strategic priorities. Lead and inspire a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and achievement-oriented environment. Ensure robust financial management and revenue generation within the practice group. Minimum Position Qualifications: Significant experience in a senior leadership role within a law firm or similar professional services environment. Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and execution capabilities. Demonstrated financial acumen with strong business development skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for nurturing client relationships and team collaboration. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing team. A portable book of business amounting to $1 million or more. Preferred Qualifications: Distinguished career marked by a track record of business growth and strategic wins. In-depth understanding of the legal landscape, firm operations, and client management. Proven record of collaborative practice and integration within multidisciplinary teams. Strong leadership credentials with the ability to handle high-stakes situations with diplomacy. Experience in managing a large portfolio of clients and significant transactions. Skills: Outstanding leadership and organizational skills. Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong capacity for managing complex client portfolios and legal scenarios. Superior negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Proven aptitude in financial management and business growth activities.
