Job Description We seek a seasoned Partner Lead to drive strategic partnerships with leading technology and service providers. Reporting to Coactive's Head of Revenue, this role will be responsible for managing existing partnerships and identifying new strategic relationships to expand Coactive's market reach, accelerate growth, and deliver innovative solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building successful partner programs in the B2B SaaS space and will work cross-functionally to drive initiatives that deliver mutual value.
What you'll do: Partner Strategy and Development: Identify, evaluate, and cultivate strategic partnerships with cloud providers, system integrators, and ISVs.Develop and execute comprehensive partner strategies, including joint go-to-market plans, sales enablement programs, and technical integrations.Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations, fostering collaboration and trust.Sales & Partner Enablement: Equip the Coactive sales team with the necessary tools, training, and collateral to sell effectively through and with partners.Equip partners with the necessary tools, training, and collateral to successfully represent Coactive to prospective customers.Conduct regular partner training sessions and webinars to enhance sales effectiveness.Deal Execution: Establish KPIs to measure partnership success and ROI. Regularly report on partner performance, revenue contribution, and growth potential to senior leadership.Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and pursue & close joint sales opportunities.Negotiate complex partner agreements and contracts.Market Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities through partnerships.Collaborate with sales & marketing to generate demand through events and targeted marketing campaignsAnalyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform partner strategies.Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless integration of partner technologies.Facilitate technical discussions and knowledge sharing between teams.Drive the development of joint solutions and proof-of-concepts.What we look for: Experience: 8+ years of experience in sales and partnership roles, building and scaling partner ecosystems that drive significant revenue growth, preferably in enterprise SaaS & AI/ML.Ecosystem knowledge:Strong understanding of cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure GCP), data platforms (e.g. Databricks) & system integrators, preferably knowledge of ISVs focused on visual content.Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective partner strategies.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas to technical and business audiences.Entrepreneurial Spirit: A passion for innovation and a willingness to embrace new challenges.Early-Stage Startup Experience: A strong preference for candidates with experience in early-stage startups.What you can expect from us: This is a hybrid position based in San Jose, California.
The estimated OTE for this position is between $250,000- $300,000.*
