Description Our partner is looking for a Partner Services/Sales Operations Representative to join our Partner's team. Responsibilities Contribute to shaping and implementing Sales Operations policies and programs. Communicate new policies and processes to extended Sales teams. Verify Sales order Form accuracy for sales. Ability to analyze data and calculate pricing for various product models. Manages tickets within Salesforce. Leverage internal resources to troubleshoot and verify information. Use Salesforce to document all activities (opportunities, quotes, and tickets). Work with various Departments to align on mutual policies and practices Minimum Qualifications 3-5 years of work experience, including 2 years of operations and sales-related experience Clear written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Outlook, Salesforce, Word, Excel. Adhere to deadlines in a rapidly changing environment without losing accuracy. Analytical, detail-driven. Support a team management work ethic. Must Have Salesforce Experience 3-4 years of work experience in a Sales Operations or related role. College degree Pay Rate: $22/h (depending on skills and experience) under a W-2 contract.
