If building relationships and delivering extraordinary value and service is what you are all about, we would love to have you as part of our team. In this role you will be working with our dealer network to provide the support they need as we grow our partnership. 
Compensation: $75-90KModality: On-Site  FLSA Exemption: ExemptSchedule:  7:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday - Friday
What you will be doing: •    Build a team mindset of issue ownership, with an emphasis on excellent communication and full issue resolution•    Interface with Technology and Product groups to drive root cause resolution for chronic issues•    Design and implement a scalable case management process that enables us to fully resolve customer and partner issues•    Ensure proper service level metrics are achieved•    Build long-term relationships of trust with our dealer network•    Utilize customer contact data to improve our products and services•    Effectively communicate the company's value proposition to partners and brokers•    Consistent follow-up with customers and partners via phone, email, and messaging to answer customer questions and solve problems about their accounts•    Provide feedback/suggestions on processes employed by the team to achieve funding growth•    Other duties may be as assigned as needed

What will make you stand out:•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations Management•    At least 5 years of experience in the Contact Center industry•    Financial Services and/or leasing experience•    Tech savvy and experienced with CRM software
