Follow us on LinkedIn RESPONSIBILITIES:As we grow our Sales Team the Partner Success-Integrated Payments role becomes INTEGRAL to team and partner success!
We are looking for a HIGH ENERGY Partner Success candidate that is collaborative and can sell the value proposition of the deal.
You get to strategically set our partners up for success in collaborating with them to develop their sales strategy, marketing tactics, customer onboarding and Go to Market Launch to maximize revenue!
Responsible for post-sale activity, overall growth and management.
Pursue deeper and more meaningful relationships with new and existing partners.
Work to grow the existing partner network and increase adoption of our suite of solutions.
Maintain contact with key stakeholders responsible for the success of our joint relationship and provide support.
Map out a strategy for engagement, training, client onboarding, joint marketing efforts, escalations and creating a path for boarding as many of their clients onto platform.
Provide ongoing consultative business support to key partners to help grow their payments business and expand our footprint within their client base.
Lead and drive relationship management efforts and special projects that influence the overall adoption of payments solutions.
Provide ongoing education about new and existing solutions and encourage innovation.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:(Desired but not required)Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.
6 years of experience in the Payments Industry.
Experience in Customer Success with Partnerships/Reseller.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:(Required)Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree AND 3 years relevant experience; OR HS/GED AND 7 years relevant experience.
Experience in Sales.
Experience growing pipeline partners.
Knowledge of computer software including Salesforce, Microsoft office suite.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
