As a Partner Success Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for managing day-to-day partner relationships. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by executing strategic initiatives across our network of referral, solution, and technology partners. This role demands a strong combination of business development, relationship management, and sales expertise to foster impactful partnerships and deliver measurable results

Key Responsibilities: Drive Revenue Growth: Proactively drive Partner Sourced Revenue by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within our partner ecosystem. Lead efforts to generate and increase new logo revenue through strategic partnerships with SaaS ISVs, VARs, consultants, MSOs and other technology partners.
Partner Management: Develop and manage a pipeline of partner prospects, establishing strong, long-term relationships with key day-to-day partner resources.
Strategic Execution: Implement comprehensive partner account strategies to meet revenue targets, including business planning and performance tracking.
Enablement & Support: Work closely with partner sales teams to educate and enable them on our products, ensuring they are equipped to effectively position and sell our solutions.
Collaboration: Partner with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Revenue Operations to align on strategies, provide insights, and support partner-related initiatives.This includes leveraging our BDR team to drive growth
Reporting: Regularly report on partner sales activities and revenue generation to senior management.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of partner programs to maximize revenue potential and partner engagement.
Required Qualifications: Experience: 3 years of experience in business development, partner management, or sales, preferably in SaaS or related industries.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM tools.
Skills: Strong ability to execute strategic plans with a data-driven focus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and executive-level stakeholders.
Effective networking and relationship-building skills within partner ecosystems and industry groups.
Be revenue focused, operationally minded.
Work with a sense of urgency.
A month in the life of a Partner Success Representative: You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of partners ranging from technology and solution partners. Your day will consist of both strategic and tactical duties and will balance outreach, relationship management, and internal collaboration to drive new revenue opportunities directly through your portfolio.
Hold weekly or bi-weekly check-ins with your portfolio of partners for project status, product updates, issue resolutions, sales activity, etc.
Check CRM for partner opportunities, scheduled follow-ups and lend support bi-directionally to the sales / AE teams.
Ensure that the Partner Relationship Management system is updated with resources, documentation and marketing collateral.
Maintain an active calendar (probably Asana) for co-branded marketing campaigns, webinars, events, etc.
Coordinate with marketing to share new campaigns, webinars, or materials that support growth opportunities.
Collect feedback from our partners to help us continuously improve collaboration.
Explore opportunities within your portfolio for expanding the relationship (new markets, new customers, upsell opportunities, etc.)
Research potential partners - identify new technology, services or referral partners that align with Prompts company goals.
Follow up on existing leads referred to or from Prompt..help to nurture when applicable.
Co-develop revenue goals with partners and create action plans to achieve those goals.
Prioritize - Know your portfolio enough to focus on high leverage opportunities.
Host new partner discovery calls.
Collaborate with Prompt Sales & BDR teams to identify demo opportunities.
Schedule and conduct QBRs with partners.
Schedule and conduct kick off calls for new partners in your portfolio
Monitor performance metrics by reviewing partner leads, closed deals and revenue contributions to track success and opportunities.
Track individual KPI - since this is a new position, we'll be building out some KPIs together
