Position Overview: Partner Specialist
Our Partner Success team aims to deliver a world-class experience for our customers. We're on a mission to create seamless customer journeys, ensuring they swiftly realize the value of our solutions. We seek a forward-thinking, creative, and strategic Partner Specialist to redefine consistent, scalable processes for our clients' journey with us. This role demands a blend of creativity and refined execution, encouraging experimentation, new tactics, and continuous improvement in connecting with our clients. Above all, excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. As the primary contact for new customers, you'll represent our organization, playing a pivotal role in ensuring continued customer satisfaction and retention.
Specific Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide "White Glove" customer service for an excellent onboarding experience.
Manage implementation and onboarding for new and renewing partners.
Anticipate and understand customer needs, identifying key stakeholders.
Deliver engaging, comprehensive trainings to ensure customer readiness.
Develop expertise in our products to guide customers effectively.
Project manage new client implementations, ensuring timely goals.
Proactively track customer adoption and usage metrics.
Identify and mitigate churn risks, fostering customer retention.
Conduct onboarding webinars and maintain high-level customer support.
Collaborate with sales team on post-sale account management.
Provide ongoing feedback to improve client onboarding and implementation.
Liaise with support and development teams to enhance product based on feedback.
Qualifications:
Preferred experience products and services.
2-4 years of experience in Customer Support, Success, or Account Management.
Bachelor's Degree in business, education, or related fields.
Comfortable communicating with customers at various levels.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions desired.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
