Details of the offer

Essential Functions · Build and execute annual engagement plans with OEM and Distribution partners
· Works to obtain annual and one-off sponsorships opportunities and manages day-to-day partner relationships
· Assist marketing team when it comes to partner content for sponsorship deliverables
· Oversees monthly sponsorship billing, tracking, and deliverables for annual sponsors
· Manage vendor setup process to ensure new partners are properly setup within TRG systems
· Responsible for the coordination and scheduling of all sales trainings and onsite partner meetings
· Help plan, coordinate, and execute partner related events and activities which includes tradeshows and TRGs annual Sales Summit
· Coordinates scheduling and meeting logistics for internal TRG events and all partner meetings
· Oversees partner SPIFF engagements
· Manages TRG demo returns process
· Create and distribute monthly sales newsletters that highlight current promotions, upcoming training, and SPIFFs offered to the sales team
· Assists in the tracking and management of partner documents
· Executes all partner reporting requests
· Works with sales leadership to manage and assign vendor leads
Qualifications · BA in Business Administration, Business Management, Sales, or relevant field
· Proficiency with Salesforce CRM is preferred
· Ability to communicate thoughts, ideas, and solving problems effectively and influence others
· Eager to understand TRG industries, partners, business practices, and industry trends
· Must work well in a team environment and contribute to TRG's culture
· Ability to take and pass a background check
Performance Requirements · Must maintain regular and reliable attendance to the satisfaction of management
· Ability to travel to tradeshows and external events / conferences as needed
· Must be able to work flexible hours as needed
· Must be able to clearly and confidentially communicate with TruWest employees, clients, customers, and other stakeholders
· Must adhere to all TruWest Values at all times
Physical Requirements · Must be able to visually read written and digital information
· Must be able to visually determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned and/or to make general observations of facilities or structures
· Must be able to receive detailed information through oral communicatio
