This full-time role supports fundraising and corporate partnership efforts for our events and programs throughout the year.Responsibilities:   Serve as a consistent point of contact for all potential and confirmed partners.Schedule meetings with targeted partners and participate in partner meetings.Coordinate and maintain sponsorship data, deliverables, metrics, generate reports, including event wrap-ups.Organize, inventory, proof and perform quality assurance checks on all partnership contracts.Work with the American Royal team to identify potential partners.Support the Director of Partnerships in the resolution of any requests and issues from partners and donors. Build relationships and support partners through the fulfillment process.Serve as concierge at all events for partners and execute identified on-site activation. Maintain partner communication regarding the status of their partnership.Work with the American Royal team to manage hotel room needs and work directly with hotel partners to book needed rooms and manage reservations.Manage hospitality donation requests for American Royal events.Facilitate grant applications. This may include writing the grants, ensuring payment and processing final reports. Assist with administrative and other duties as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in related field requiredStrong public speaking and proven relationship-building skillsDemonstrated experience working with high-level constituent base preferredMust possess the ability to initiate, organize, and follow through with fundraising strategiesExcellent written communication skills with experience preparing written proposals preferredStrong working knowledge of budget and accounting practicesProficient in Microsoft Office (database and spreadsheet experience preferred)Ability to work evening and weekend hours during events Job Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $50,000 - 74,999
