Job description

To enhance Stuckey Automotive's customer experience by leading the parts team. Additional Important Job Tasks:

Responsibilities: Lead the Parts Teams Provide ongoing coaching and oversight to improve employee effectiveness Ensure proper accountability and oversight of inventories Recruit, grow, and retain all related positions Work with Service Manager to aggressively drive sales through promotions and marketing plans Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date Oversee ongoing training and have guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them Analyze results for profit improvement opportunities Develop and administer an aggressive wholesale parts program to produce profit Be knowledgeable and compliant with the federal, state, and local regulations regarding the shipping of hazardous materials Work with Service Manager and Body Shop Manager to ensure a timely turnaround of all parts Develop ways to increase our wholesale and accessory operations Provide ultimate customer concern resolution Maintain a positive driven attitude Report to: Service Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
