Job Title: Parts Shipping & Receiving Associate




Location: 9740 NW Conant Ave, Kansas City, MO 64153




Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00am-4:00pm




Pay: Starts at $18.00 hourly, based on experience.

Duties:




Receive and process stock orders either directly to staging area for customer order or place parts in inventory.


Scan each part into inventory and download the parts order into the parts management system.


Process and pull parts for customer orders as inputted by the sales department on a continual basis while performing other duties.


Fulfill all parts orders from individual dealerships with parts sold to internal service, sales, and body shop departments.


Process manufacturer's warranty claims.


Process returns received from drivers and ensure proper customer credit is received on account.


Maintain accurate inventory by direction of Wholesale Parts Manager


Reconcile parts orders against parts received.


Safely operate a wave machine, forklift, and stock chaser to transport and stock parts.




What you need




High school diploma or the equivalent.


Valid driver's license.


Clean driving record.


Wave/Forklift certification preferred.

Physical Demands




Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
independently.
Must be able to move parts and boxes weighing between 5 and 50 lbs.
up to 100 yards, moving up to 200 parts per day.
Must be able to climb a ladder to distribute and retrieve parts between 5 and 10 times per day.
