In particular, there is a strong need for someone with an in-depth understanding of complex artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) modeling systems.
The AI/ML applications span a wide variety of industrial and commercial areas (e.g., cloud computing, neural networks, robotics, telecommunications, medical devices, automated manufacturing, and machine design systems, semiconductors, control systems, finance, cybersecurity, natural language processing (NLP), autonomous vehicles, transportation, etc.

The focus of the work will primarily relate to the preparation and prosecution of patents for domestic and foreign clients while also supporting practice needs in other related areas (e.g., patentability, infringement, and freedom to operate opinions; portfolio strategy and management; due diligence; Patent Trial and Appeal Board issues).
