Patent Attorney or Patent Agent opportunity to work remotely. Your responsibilities will be dependent upon your legal experience and/or technical background. Responsibilities include:
Preparation and prosecution of US patentsStrategic portfolio counselingPatent opinions (validity, infringement, right to use, patentability)Possible PTAB and licensing workDepending on your technical background, you will deal with chemical and/or biological patents.
This is an excellent opportunity within a progressive firm with comprehensive client interaction. The existing client base includes a broad spectrum of large and small clients.

Requirements:Minimum Ph.D. in Chemical or Biological sciencesPatent Bar (and any State Bar for an associate) are requiredAt least 3 years of solid US patent preparation and prosecution experience in life sciencesNotes for Potential Candidates: All fees are paid by client firms and companies.
