If you have at least a $200K book of business as a patent attorney or patent agent, this is an opportunity to keep more of what you bill, while still having the backend, administrative support, and internal cross-selling opportunities of a well established firm.

There are incentives for cross selling within the firm and a completely flexible work schedule.
Type of work: Preparation and prosecution of US patents, patent opinions, patent portfolio management, due diligence, licensing.
Technical background: Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Organic Chemistry, Molecular Biology.
Requirements: At least 4-5 years of solid patent agent or attorney experience.At least a $200K portable book of business.USPTO registration (for agents and attorneys); State Bar (for attorneys).Benefits: Performance based compensation, including objective incentives for business origination; Medical Insurance; 401k contribution; Flexible hours; and more.
