Patent IP Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney / Senior Counsel / DC 20005 2877-LGIP RECRUITER GROUP is recruiting for the following opportunity:
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm, is looking for an experienced IP litigation attorney with at least 7 years of substantive intellectual property litigation experience. Here, your responsibility and opportunity to excel will not be hindered, as this is a very collegial atmosphere where performance always overrides politics.
Ideally, you will have experience pertaining to all aspects and phases of IP litigations (i.e., patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, ITC Section 337), PTAB proceedings, and Federal Circuit & Other IP Appeals. This is a senior counsel role, thus the ability to execute and lead strategy are essential.
