Patent Litigation Associate

REQUIREMENTS
Candidates with experience working on Hatch Waxman litigation matters. Ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in Chemistry, Biology or other relevant technology. Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong academic credentials required. IPR experience a plus.
