An AmLaw Top 200 firm with 280+ attorneys across 18 offices is seeking a Mid-Level IP Patent Prosecution Associate to join its dynamic Intellectual Property Practice Group.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly respected team that supports a wide range of clients, from entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies, in protecting and leveraging their intellectual property.
Key Responsibilities: Handling patent prosecution matters, including patent searches, analysis, drafting, and filing applications.Managing patent portfolios across diverse industries and technologies.Advising on mechanical, biomedical, and medical device-related patents.Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide strategic IP guidance.Qualifications: JD from an ABA-accredited law school.Licensed to practice before the USPTO.Minimum of 3 years of patent prosecution experience.Experience in mechanical, biomedical, or medical devices is a plus.Litigation experience is appreciated but not required.How to Apply: Please click the "Apply" button and upload your resume.
