Hearing Health Center , a privately-owned independent Audiology practice with multiple locations in the Chicagoland area, is seeking a front office employee to add to our Highland Park, IL team. Main Job Functions: Employ best practices to provide exceptional patient care Manage all aspects of scheduling through the designated OMS Facilitate patient communication via phone and effectively handle telephone inquiries Greet patients immediately upon their arrival and provide excellent customer service Keep front office and waiting area clean and organized Maintain patient records Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information Adhere to company policies and procedures You will need: Education: Associate Degree (or higher)2 years of front office experience, preferably in a medical retail environment Must be computer literate in all Microsoft Office programs Must be able to work well independently and be detail-oriented Excellent people and customer service skills Ability to handle heavy phone work and provide top-notch service Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Salary & Benefits: Starting Salary: $50,000 Quarterly bonus available Paid time off, holidays Medical, 401(k), Dental and Vision Continuous training, coaching, and development.
