**JOB SUMMARY: The Patient Care Tech (PCT) is a member of the patient care services team with primary responsibilities for technical , multi-skilled direct and indirect patient care activities.
The PCT is assigned to work under the supervision of the licensed nurse.
The PCT provides care for the adolescent, adult, or geriatric patient.REQUIREMENTS: Education - High school diploma/GED preferredSuccessful completion of Certified or Geriatric Nursing Assistant course required.Previous experience workins as a CNA/GNA/Patient Care Tech in a Hospital setting is strongly preferredCNA - Certified Nursing Assistant License requiredBLS - AHA Healthcare Provider CPR requiredMust be trained, and be competent to work in multiple units within the hospital
