As a Patient Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing patient interactions from the initial phone call to check-in and check-out, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Responsibilities: Manage all incoming telephone calls, schedule patient appointments, and update patient information, including insurance details. Ensure the doctor and hygienist's schedules are optimally filled using available reports and coordinating with the clinical staff. Reinforce the financial policies of the office and ensure that payments are collected and recorded accurately. Check in patients using our dental software, provide necessary paperwork, and ensure completion. Process payments and transactions during patient check-out. Maintain accurate electronic records of patient information and update as needed. Requirements Requirements: Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. Exceptional organizational and planning abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Proficiency in computer usage and dental software. Ability to handle a fast-paced dental office environment.
