Job Specific Expectations: Handles incoming phone calls and schedules patientsVerifies all insurance eligibility, receives all insurance co-pay payments, and updates patient accounts. Works directly with Dentist and Hygienist in coordinating desired schedule to fit patients needs Maintains patient care database by entering new information as it becomes availableSchedule and confirm patient appointmentsDirects arriving patients to waiting areas, and updates frequently on expected waiting timesProtects self, co-workers, and patients by following policies and procedures to prevent the spread of bloodborne and/or airborne diseases Requirement(s):
