Patient Observer- Hha/Cna

Description of the Role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Patient Observer - HHA/CNA.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct care and observation to patients in a healthcare setting, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities: Remain vigilant and closely monitor patients, maintaining constant visual observation.
Report any changes in patient behavior or condition to the nursing staff.
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support the medical team by documenting patient observations and interactions.
Ensure patient comfort and respond to their needs promptly and compassionately.
Requirements: Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Previous experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
