Rural Psychiatry Associates is currently recruiting for a Patient Registration Coordinator to join our team. Be part of our growing clinic that is making a difference in Mental Health Care in rural and remote areas!Rural Psychiatry Associates is currently recruiting a Patient Registration Coordinator to join our team in our Fargo office.The Patient Registration Coordinator will be responsible for a number of clerical tasks including, but not limited to the following:Utilize a multi-phone line system to answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to appropriate staff or department;Make appointment reminder calls and reschedule appointments as needed;Utilize internal email and voicemail in order to relay messages to appropriate staff;Greet patients, visitors, vendors, mail carriers, delivery personnel, etc. in a prompt, friendly manner;Inquire about customer's needs, provide information and guidance as needed, and direct concerns appropriately;Distribute patient satisfaction surveys to patients;Distribute employment applications to prospective applicants;Schedule appointments for patients and vendors using AdvancedMD database;Print daily schedules and fee sheets;Create and revise print materials (policies, forms, materials, etc.) as needed;Compose letters and email from dictated messages as requested;Complete mass mailings;Prepare and distribute reports as requestedContact various vendors/merchants as requested for business needs;Assists with the coordination of the clinic's provider schedule;All other related duties as assigned.The Patient Registration Coordinator must be proficient with the use of computers and various office equipment.Candidate must be a high school graduate or the equivalent;
