Manage both the patient side and business side of our centerCommunicate with individuals via email and phoneManage patient payments and utilize multiple computer programs

Responsibilities
• Greet new and existing patients and provide information about their visit• Schedule patient appointments• Communicate with various parties including attorney offices, insurance companies, etc.• Collect co-pays and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications• Provide patients with pertinent information as they check out• Respond to requests for information from patients, providers, and coworkers
Requirements
• HS diploma/GED required• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and reach consistently throughout a work day/shift• Ability to lift up to 25lbs and carry office supplies up to 10lbs• Visual acuity and ability to speak and hear sufficiently• Appropriate manual dexterity for typing• Detail-oriented and exceptional communicator• Adaptable, flexible, and team player
