As a Patient Services Assistant, you are the first point of contact many patients and visitors will have with Grace Health in person or over the telephone. To be a successful Patient Services Assistant, you must be detail-orientated and have the ability to multitask under pressure. Those key ingredients will assist you with managing appointment schedules, registering patients, and verifying and updating medical records. From registering patients to assisting visitors with navigation throughout our facility, our Patient Services Assistants are responsible for creating a positive customer service experience!
