Patient Services Specialist For Pediatric Partners Full-Time

Detail oriented, ability to multi-task in fast paced environment, excellent phone skills, excellent customer service, previous clinic experience desirable, bilingual in Spanish, and excellent computer skills!

This is a day/evening position with rotating weekends!

Responsibilities include providing patients and providers with professional and friendly reception duties; organizing patient flow; keeping providers and patients on schedule; maintaining patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner; and handling phone calls for the office manager, techs, and providers appropriately. Patient care background and medical scheduling experience preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Clerical: typing, filing, scheduling, computer, phone
* Exceptional customer service skills required.
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
* Receptionist/clerical experience required.
* Patient care background and/or medical scheduling experience preferred.

SALARY

* Starting salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
* Position wage range: $19.00 - $27.75/hour
