What you'll do: Payroll Processing: Manage the end-to-end payroll process for PEO clients using PrismHR, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
Employee Payments: Ensure timely and accurate payment of wages, benefits, and other payroll-related disbursements to employees across multiple jurisdictions.
Data Management: Maintain employee payroll records, oversee data integrity, and ensure all changes are properly reflected in PrismHR.
Reporting: Generate payroll reports as needed for clients, internal teams, and compliance purposes, ensuring data accuracy.
Client Support: Work directly with clients to address payroll-related questions, provide support, and ensure payroll processes align with their needs.
Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution
6+ years of experience in payroll processing within a PEO or similar environment.
Advanced proficiency with PrismHR, specifically in payroll functions and configuration.
Experience with multiple payroll technologies is an advantage
Experience with payroll tax filings and reporting, including understanding of deductions, garnishments, and contributions.
Client-facing experience, with strong communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
