Compensation: $18-22/hour DOE

What You'll Be Doing:

Maintaining personnel files and adding new hires into the system
Coding and processing payroll-related invoices (health, dental, vision, disability)
Communicating with the AP department for invoice processing
Generating reports from ADP, such as employee health insurance reports
Interfacing with ADP for garnishment additions and other payroll needs
Cutting checks and managing payroll distribution

What You'll Need to be Considered:

Proficiency in ADP payroll systems – REQUIRED
High comfort level with Excel, particularly pivot tables
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to be a self-starter and meet deadlines
