Pca/Caregiver

* Job Summary* As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities in various care settings such as personal care homes, assisted living facilities, or retirement homes.
*Duties* - Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed - Support clients with mobility and transportation needs - Assist in medication reminders and light housekeeping tasks - Implement behavior management techniques when necessary *Qualifications* - Experience or certification in home care, personal care homes, assisted living, or long-term care settings - Knowledge of first aid procedures and protocols - Ability to drive and transport clients as required - Familiarity with senior care and the specific needs of elderly individuals - Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for those in need - Willingness to undergo any necessary training or certifications for the role
