As an OR Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical services, providing high-quality patient care in the intraoperative setting.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing the operating room for surgeries, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are sterile and ready.Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide safe and effective patient care.Maintain a sterile environment to prevent infections and complications.Perform both the scrub and circulating roles.Requirements: Valid RN license in New Jersey.BSN.BLS required, ACLS preferred.At least one year of current OR experience.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.Schedule: 2 shifts per 4 week schedule.
