$438,000 Guaranteed Starting Salary with
Proven Annual Income of Up To $569,900.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Pediatric Anesthesiology (MD / ANES)
Academic Teaching Hospital - Must be open to working w/ residents
8 Fellow Trained Anesthesiologists + 15 CRNAs + 33 Residents
Full spectrum of case-mix - 100% Pediatric Cases or mix of PEDs and Adults Available
It's a 1-2 staffing model as that is required in OR locations with resident teaching. The staffing model at the secondary location is 1-4 as there is no teaching. (1 faculty to 4 CRNAs)
Pre and Post-Call Day Off -- 1:6 Call Rotation
Daily Schedule: Based on Out-List - Depends on who is 1st IN and 1st OUT, 2nd IN/ OUT etc.
