OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS Trinity Health IHA Medical Group and Trinity Health Ann Arbor have an excellent part-time (0.6 FTE) employment opportunity for a Pediatric Hospitalist to join a growing team located in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Hospitalists provide Inpatient Pediatric service, tend to normal newborns, attend deliveries, and perform circumcisions. Pediatric Hospitalist coverage is provided in house 24 hours per day along with 24/7 Neonatology backup in house. The Pediatric Hospitalist team is also supported by a group of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners who primarily cover the Normal Newborn Service.
The shifts for this opportunity are 8:00 am to 9:30 pm, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and 8:00 pm to 9:30 am with part-time physicians working approximately 960 hours annually.
This opportunity requires both NRP and PALS certifications, delivery attendance within the past two years, and the desire to perform circumcisions and frenotomies. Training for circumcisions and frenotomies will be provided if needed.
