Schedule: Weekly block schedule, 12-hour shifts, 14 shifts per monthRole: Provide comprehensive care in a Family Birthing Center with a Level II nurseryPatient Census: Average of 8 babies per dayTeaching: Collaborate with medical students during their one-month rotationsProcedures: Active involvement in delivery room care and neonatal procedures Compensation & Benefits
