Qualifications: As a playSense therapist, you must have/be interested in advanced training in sensory integration, be committed to evidence-based practice, deliver thorough and high-quality services, ongoing learning and growth, and thrive as part of a supportive team. This position is best suited for an individual that is highly organized, playful, well-spoken, and supportive in their communication with families. PlaySense is a growing company in need of a proactive therapist skilled in their attention to detail and ability to connect closely with clients and their families. You'd be a perfect fit as a playSense therapist because you possess comfort and ease with: Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Occupational therapy from an accredited university. California Occupational Therapy License Online scheduling and documentation systems Communication with clients, professionals, and family members Correspondence: Email, Voicemail, Written Reports Proficient in the administration of a variety of pediatric assessment tools including SIPT, EASI, Bayley, Peabody, and BOT-2. Advanced training in Ayres Sensory Integration would be an asset. Application of Data-Driven Decision Making would be an asset. Responsibilities: Delivery of comprehensive evaluations Delivery of thorough treatment services Clear documentation of treatment outcomes Maintaining treatment materials and therapy space Maintaining a professional license Email, voicemail, and face-to-face communication with clients and community partners Participation in supervision and mentoring meetings Maintaining caseloads and scheduling Clinic, home, community, and school-based practice Communicating with new clients and ensuring documentation is secured Maintaining HIPPA standards Ensuring client files are maintained, organized, and up to date This is a full-time salaried position Competitive compensation package with a base of $70,000 and with productivity standards over an average of 30 billable hours can earn upwards of $102,000.
