Pediatric Physical Therapist (Pt) Independent Contractors

Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) Independent ContractorsCARE for Childrenis seeking independent contractors to provide per diem Physical Therapy- Early Intervention services for children birth to age 3 in Eldred, Smethport and Port Allegany, PA. Approximately 5-15 hours per week with the ability to determine availability and schedule. The PTs will have the opportunity to collaborate with other therapists and service providers.
Job Responsibilities include: Implementing IndividualizedFamily Service Plans (IFSP)Writing timely and clinically appropriate session notes/ reportsEntering notes/ billing into EMR SystemIndependent completion of pre-service training and ongoing yearly training as requiredQualifications: Pediatric experience preferred. A current PA license, clearances and professional liability insurance required.
