Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance motor skills, strength, and coordination.Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.Educate families on home exercises and strategies to support ongoing development.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.Stay current with pediatric therapy practices and participate in continuing education. Qualifications: Physical Therapy degree from a CAPTE accredited institution.Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Wyoming.Experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children and families.Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
