Join our growing pediatric speech therapy clinic by providing high-quality, evidence-based speech and language therapy and having a ton of fun along the way! 
How to win in this role: Provide high-quality speech therapy, taking a holistic and functional view of children's needs. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and write reports that capture the child's skills and deficits. Partner with families to empower them to teach and support their child's communication. Maintain ethical standards of the profession. Continually develop personal and professional education and skills. Communicate and collaborate as part of a cohesive team. Document objective and subjective data to provide and modify evidence-based therapy plans. Set therapeutic expectations for clients, while motivating children and providing just-right challenge. At least 2 year's experience providing speech therapy services to a pediatric population. The skills you need to win: The ability to communicate well and be empathetic to the issues our clients and families are facing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with other team members. The desire and ability to proactively solve problems each day. Flexibility to learn new skills, receive constructive feedback, and provide honest feedback to others. Hunger for growth and learning. Strong internal motivation and accepts personal responsibility for actions. Love for children. Desire to collaborate with other team members. Accepting Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with appropriate educational degree and certification. This is an in-person position with full-time hours (36-40 hours/week) Monday-Friday. Afternoon/early evening times are required. Part-time positions can be considered.
