Title: Speech Therapist

What You'll Do:
Provide speech and language therapy services to clients according to standards of practice outlined by the American Speech and Hearing Association.
Services may include screening, evaluation, direct service, consultation and/or instruction.
Assess and identify the client's holistic health care needs/concerns as part of a family and community.
Develop, implement, coordinate, and revise a plan of care that incorporates goals consistent with the client's age, condition, and needs.
Implement client care plan activities based on treatment goals towards independent living for the client/family.
Continually assess the client's need for speech & language interventions and evaluate the effectiveness of the interventions on the speech & language visit report.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelors, Master's and/or Doctorate in Speech and Language Therapy.
Certification of Clinical Competency from a speech accredited institution as a Speech and Language Pathologist.
Current Speech Language Pathologist License in the State of Maine.
Current CPR Certification (training available).
Home health experience preferred.
A reliable car with insurance.
