POSITION: Staff Physician-FQHC/Pediatrician
SALARY: $265,000- $275,000 Annual Salary
LOCATION: San Leandro

This position, available for both full-time and part-time commitment during standard Monday-Friday day shifts, welcomes new graduates to join the collaborative team.

Responsibilities Provides medical services to patients in a community clinic setting Diagnoses diseases, conditions and illnesses Coordinate and implement treatment plans, and proscribe medication as necessary Provides leadership on prevention, diagnosis and treatments Maintains accurate and up-to-date medical records and charts Code EMR for all services provided Attends all Medical staff meetings and other meetings as required Remains current on the policies and procedures of the clinic and in the practice of medicine Other duties as assigned Qualifications Graduate from an accredited school of Medicine Board Eligible or Board Certified Current California physician license, DEA certification and BLS certification Proficient using MS Office and EMR software Dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of care to patients Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly and professional demeanor Desire to work with culturally diverse populations and varied socio-economic levels Commitment to the mission and values of Davis Street Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid Time off Professional development assistance Vision insurance
