Salary Guarantee - $280K - $285K Salary Guarantee + wRVUs 

Annual Income of $325K and More 


$20,000 Sign On + Cover Relocation Costs
4 weeks of PTO + 7 Paid Holidays 

Increases 2-5 yrs: 5 weeks, 6+ yrs: 6 weeks + holidays


$2,500 Annual CME allowance + 5 Days

Traditional FM or MED/PED Opportunity

Outpatient - Primary Care + Pediatrics


1:4 call rotation - Average 0-4 pediatric inpatient admissions 
NO High Risk C-Sections required 
Newborn nursery On-site (approx.
40 births/month)
4-Day Work Week / Average of 15 Patients per day in clinic
