Job Overview:
A pediatric clinic is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for an ongoing locum tenens position with the potential for a permanent role.
This role requires a provider with experience in pediatrics, and new graduates with prior pediatric RN experience are encouraged to apply.
The provider will work 3 to 3.5 days per week with an immediate start date.

Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including well-child exams, immunizations, and managing common childhood illnesses.
Collaborate with the pediatric care team to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure continuity of care.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and offer patient education to families.
Document patient visits accurately and in a timely manner.
Participate in a flexible schedule with 3-3.5 days per week, including: Monday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Half-day Saturdays: Occasionally required based on clinic needs.
Qualifications: Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) licensed in State .
Pediatric experience is required; new graduates with pediatric RN experience are welcome.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with young patients and their families.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
