Job Summary We are seeking a Technology Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team as a Manager - Projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PEGA Frameworks Pega Case Management and Pega User Experience. This role involves leading projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and driving innovation within the organization. The candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the technology landscape of our company. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of PEGA-based solutions to meet business requirements. Oversee the development and deployment of Pega Case Management and User Experience projects. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure project success. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure the scalability and performance of PEGA applications through effective architecture design. Drive innovation by integrating PEGA Next Best Action Advisor and Decision Hub into existing systems. Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and best practices. Manage project timelines deliverables and resources to ensure timely completion. Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and project success. Monitor and troubleshoot application issues providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime. Implement Pega Mobility and Data Integration solutions to enhance application functionality. Develop comprehensive documentation for all PEGA-related projects and processes. Stay updated with the latest PEGA Platform advancements and incorporate them into projects. Qualifications Possess strong expertise in PEGA Frameworks Pega Case Management and Pega User Experience. Demonstrate experience with PEGA Next Best Action Advisor and Decision Hub is highly desirable. Have knowledge of PEGA Next Best Action Marketing and PEGA Upgrade is a plus. Show proficiency in Pega Mobility Data Integration and Application Development. Exhibit familiarity with Pega Platform and Reporting tools. Experience in the Payer domain is advantageous. Hold a relevant certification such as PEGA Certified System Architect or PEGA Certified Senior System Architect. The annual salary for this position will be based on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
